You can specify the detailed prices for housing on Sutochno.ru. Calculate the total cost of housing and an amount of prepayment depend on a correctly fill in a price and the Instant Book.

You can see on the picture how the prices are shown in listing (on the right), and how the cost of a housing is considered to be valued within requesting for booking (on the left).
And here is the place you need to put prices:
1. Standard price. It’s shown in the section "The price of calendar day".
2. Interval prices. It’s shown in the section "Sale prices".
3. Extra payment for a guest. It’s shown in the section “Extra payment”.
4. Security deposit. It's shown in the section "Security deposit".
5. Fee "Final cleaning". It's shown in the section "Final cleaning".
To edit the prices go to "My objects", choose "Edit prices" near exact listing and notice the prices in according article.
Seasonal prices
Seasonal prices are activated from the first to the last day inclusive of that season you've noticed. For example, you have seasonal prices from the first to the 31st of July. In this case the night from July, 31 to August, 1 is considered to be valued by seasonal price, but the next night - by regular one (or by the price of the next season, if you made it).
When do I need to fill in the section "Additional payment”?
In cases when you noticed the maximum of guests for housing, but the fewer guests are included in standard price. For example, in the article "The maximum of guests" you have noticed 4 persons, but the standard price includes housing for 2 guests. If you want to take the extra payment for each additional guest, go to "My objects", choose "Edit prices" and fill in the section "Additional payment". You show the maximum of guests choose "Edit a description" and fill in the field "The maximum of guests" in the article "Basic features".
