How do I can cancel the booking if I have already prepaid?

You need to turn off the booking in the section "My booking", and we will transfer the prepayment partly:

• 50% of prepayment — if you cancel the booking more than 60 days before checking in (50% are going to the Host as the compensation)
• 40% of prepayment — if you cancel the booking more than 30 days before checking in
• 20% of prepayment — if you cancel the booking more than 7 days before checking in
• if you cancel the booking less than 7 days before checking in, the prepayment stays with the Host in a full amount

Cash back can be withdrawn or be used for the next booking.
