Advantages:

Приветливый владелец. Гибкое время заезда. Отличный вид.

Disadvantages:

Заселение произошло в однокомнатную квартиру. К сожалению, присутствовали тараканы. Фотографии ванной комнаты в публикации отличались от реальности. Присутствовали проблемы с сантехникой.
