Advantages:

Не все так как в обявлении. Постель, полотенца, кровать на 5+, а вот сама квартира смотрите приложенные к отзыву фото. Горячей воды утром не было, дверь изнутри дополнительно не закрывается, соседей слышно, но не сильно. Квартира расположена на 1 этаже старой хрущевки, соответствующий запах прилагается.
