Advantages:

Всё соответствует описанию, жильё новое, никаких претензий ещё быть не может. Минимальное количество посуды есть, готовить себе хватит. Отопление в номере, можно самим отключить, включить.

Disadvantages:

Апартаменты только ввели в эксплуатацию, интернета, как и телевидения, пока ещё нет, переносной блок вайфая не тянет, у каждого свои запросы, но нам не хватало заварника. Кровати новые, но лично для меня слишком лёгкие, боялся сломать, когда ворочался (вес 110). Не очень удобное расположение в городе, можно сказать, промышленный район, но такси приезжают быстро.
