Advantages:

Очень удобная локация, кафе, магазины, тук-туки в шаговой доступности. Отличный бассейн.

Disadvantages:

Квартира требует ухода. Сток в ванной не чистили наверное никогда, холодильник не размораживали давно, комплекты посуды не полные, полотенца старые. Второй комплект белья не предусмотрен.
