Advantages:

Потрясающий вид. Ухоженная территория. Новая вилла. Бассейн чистый, через день приходят садовники, следят за территорией, чистят бассейн сачком. Посёлок под видео наблюдением, охранник, есть небольшой спортзал. Изолирован, рядом лес через забор. Шум только от соседей, но нас не беспокоил. Территорию раз в месяц обрабатывают от насекомых, змей, крыс…

Disadvantages:

Мы снимали 7 виллу в новом посёлке, владельцы жители Китая, отсутствовала кофемашинка, сушильная машинка для одежды, была только напольная раскладная, посудомойка. Подушки ну очень высокие, пришлось взять маленькие от дивана, поменяв наволочки.
