Advantages:

Отличная квартира с двумя спальнями недалеко от моря. Во всех комнатах кондиционеры, большая кухня-гостиная, техника вся новая, в округе много магазинов, ресторанов, рядом стоянка такси (до макдональдса можно доехать примерно за 150 лир). Пляжи 14 и 15 в 7 минутах неспешной ходьбы (15 был почему-то бесплатным в июле 2025 г, на 14 один лежак с зонтом 200 лир)). Дом новый, есть небольшой бассейн. Из недостатков: не идеальная звукоизоляция. Заселение прошло мгновенно и без проблем. В общем эта квартира - идеальный вариант проживания для семьи с 2-мя детьми.
