Advantages:

Начну с локации. По мне так это великолепная локация, это однозначно крутое расположение. До моря всего 2-3 минуты тихим шагом. Дом расположен в тихой зоне от набережной где суета и шум. На улице мне показалось около 4 хороших магазинов с хорошими продуктами, это всего 70-150 метров от дома. Сама квартира люкс, 2 этажа, очень просторная и чистая. Большой телевизор, отличный интернет, с удовольствием смотрели Олимпийские игры онлайн и не тормозил интернет. В доме спортзал и бассейн. До крепости реально рукой подать, с удовольствием по новой набережной прогуливались. Пляж очень крутой рядом. Мы уже 3ий год в Алании, вроде все знаем хорошо, но были приятно удивлены этим домом и локацией. 100% супер выбор.
