Advantages:

Квартира большая, хорошая. В целом - все хорошо, если зимой использовать квартиру. Если летом - из-за кондиционера не советую

Disadvantages:

Из минусов - было немного грязно при заселении, но это мелочи. Из больших минусов - не работающий кондиционер, а второй почти умер. Очень грязные и воздух оттуда точно загрязнён.
