Advantages:

Квартира соответствует описанию и снимкам. Заселение и выезд организованы хорошо. Представитель собственника квартиры ненавязчив, всегда на связи и готов помогать даже по вопросам не касающимся проживания. Бассейн очень помогал, при том, что им пользовались только мы, практически. Каждые два-три дня бассейн приходили чистить специально обученные люди. Мебель удобная, электроприборы новые Цена могла бы быть и пониже, но все соответственно текущей обстановке. Краны и смесители, конечно, подустали, можно и заменить
