Hi there, my name's Güfran and I'm a filmmaker. My house is located in Kadıköy, the heart of Istanbul's art and culture. You'll find cafes, bars, and restaurants from all over the world close to my house (all within a 5-minute walk).

There's a full range of appliances in my kitchen, including a washing machine, stove, fridge, and oven, as well as a blender and other kitchen essentials. The bathroom has a shower, soap, and towels.

Because I live in the heart of Kadıköy-Moda, it can get a bit noisy at night, but you'll be on the fourth floor and too tired after a day of exploring Moda and Kadıköy and eating at fantastic restaurants just 5 minutes away from the iconic Kadıköy market, where you can find all the local produce, fresh fish, olives, and dried fruits and nuts. You can also stop by Istanbul's famous Çiya restaurant for lunch or dinner and sample regional dishes that are delicious and unlike anything else you'd find in other places. There are also many third-generation coffee shops, bakeries, pubs, and garden bars just a 2-minute walk away.

If I have free time, I can show you the best places to enjoy music, food, and fun. It's only 5 minutes to the Süreyya Opera House and 2 minutes to Barış Manco Culture Center. You can experience both!

All public transportation is within walking distance. Ferries, buses, dolmuş, and the metro are all within 7 minutes, and you can travel to central locations like Taksim and Beşiktaş 24/7 with dolmuş public transportation.
