Advantages:

Близко к набережной. Множественное количество кафешек, рядом есть супермаркет, так же в доме есть небольшой магазин, окна выходят на улицу (движение не очень оживлённое, есть где припарковаться). В квартире имеется всё необходимое для проживания.

Disadvantages:

Для нас оказался недостаточный объем водонагревательного бака (для двоих маловато).
