Вполне пригодна, чтобы остановиться переночевать, вода холодная, горячая, чайник микроволновка

Disadvantages:

В комнате из мебели только диван, ну хотя бы журнальный столик, ковер пропылесосить не удосужились, бельё висело на балконе ещё влажное, лейку душа тоже поменять бы, как то так
