Хозяин Анатолий очень приятный и ответственный человек, все возникающие вопросы решались оперативно. В пешей доступности кафе, магазины, до рынка пешком 10 минут ( быстрым шагом), до площади Регистан ещё плюс 7 минут. Перед дверью растет вишня, район тихий.
