Advantages:

Чистота в подъезде. Новый дом. Вежливый хозяин.

Disadvantages:

В плотную идёт стройка и проходит автомагистраль. Окна не откроешь Шкаф сломан. Это однокомнатная квартира, а не студия. В комнате кроме кроватей и шкафа ничего нет из мебели. Лампочки висят без абажуров. Туалетной бумаги нет. Моющих средств нет. Вместо простыни пододеяльник. Одна сковородка. Заставили хозяина купить. Купил маленькую. Пришлось покупать самим.
