The host can confirm or reject your request for booking. If it was confirmed the host showed a total cost of housing and amount of prepayment. You need to put the deposit in the website for 24 hours from the moment of booking confirmation. Dates of housing will be reserved for you only after prepayment. Till this time they will stay free. If you don't want other guests can book a housing for these days, we advise you to pay as quickly as possible.
The left amount is paid to the host when you're checking in. The prepayment goes to the Hosts' balance the next day after your check-in. It means the host will be interested in your success check-in.
If you don't agree with a total price of booking or prepayment, you can ask the host decrease them.
How do I know the Host has answered my request?
You'll receive a confirmation letter by SMS and e-mail that you mentioned in your profile. You can edit confirmations in section "Contact information".
You'll see the Host's answer in section "Messages". You can also write to the Host there.
