What is it?
The status “Superhost” is given to those hosts who did the best for clients of Sutochno.ru. The name is given after auto checking and doesn’t require the claim.
The Criteria of checking are:
1. To have at least 5 guests a year who left the comments about a housing.
2. At least 80% of comments with the mark “Excellent” (5 stars).
3. The number of booking's confirmations trough Sutochno.ru should be not less than 80%.
4. Due performance of contractual duties, seldom cancellation of bookings. All these terms can be changed at the discretion of Sutocno.ru.
What is an active period of this status?
The right for receiving the name “Superhost” is automatically evaluated every 3 months. If your profile has been having all the terms and conditions above for 12 months you get the status “Superhost”. It will be active until the next auto-checking. After test finishing, the status can be continued or recalled.
The status "Superhost" can be canceled for a violation "The Book Policy of housing with prepayment" for any time.
